Perceiving Nothing

The Nothing

I want you to try something:

Close your eyes for a moment.

Relax your body and your mind.

Now, try to focus your mind on Nothing.

See it as a black slate board which extends to infinity in all directions.

This clean slate is ready to receive any and all of whatever you might draw or write upon it.

Without judgement.

Only you will judge your work.

And only through your creations will the blackboard know the fullness of all possibilities that can created upon it.

The blackboard would not or could not judge anything you might draw upon it.

For it to judge would be to limit its possibilities.

And that it will never do.

It knows no good or evil;

Right or wrong;

Light or dark;

Success or failure.

All things exist equally on it.

See that infinite blackboard as God.

And continue on your journey.
