Healing the Planet

The following text is a script for a guided meditation to lead you into your highest state of consciousness from which you can direct your divine powers to help heal our planet. Find yourself in a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and allow your body to begin to relax and let go of its tensions. Guide your attention to all the major parts of your body, gently guiding your whole body into relaxing.

Now I want you to focus your attention on your breathing. Take a series of long, slow deep breaths deep into your abdomen. Feel your diaphragm expand as you fill your lungs completely and gently. And then just allow that air to escape your body as you empty your lungs. With each breath that you breathe out, silently give your body the instruction to relax. Pay attention to that normal rhythm as you breathe in deeply and slowly, feeling the air go all the way to the bottom of your lungs, and in breathing it all back out again slowly, comfortably. And as you expel that air allow your body to relax more and more, becoming more relaxed with each breath.
And as you begin to relax, you begin to drift down into a wonderful, comfortable, delightful state of deep relaxation. And as you go into this state of relaxation may notice that your mind has many of its own priorities that it wants to bring your attention to. Those thoughts drift in and out -- events of the day and plans for tomorrow. All those thoughts are useful and important, but for right now they are not needed, so perhaps you can find a treasure chest or a special storage facility in your mind. Go ahead and open up that thought storage place, and just allow those momentary thoughts, those cares and worries and ideas, those plans, just allow them to flow into your storage box. Knowing that your thoughts are appreciated, that you can collect them again later. And as your mind begins to relax, your body relaxes even more.

And know that during the course of this recording that if you hear any sounds outside your room, or outside your house, just allow yourself to be undisturbed by them. You may even find that they help you to relax even more. And yet in the event the true emergency, you will become alert immediately and address the emergency in a competent manner with no difficulty.

I want you now to focus your attention on the toes of your right foot. Wiggle your toes just a little bit just to know that you are in communication with them. I want you to imagine the toes of your right foot being like little, limp noodles . They are so relaxed and so loose and limp. And as they relax, it starts a wave of relaxation which then drifts down to rest of your foot, the ball of your foot and your heel, and your whole right foot becomes totally relaxed. That wave of relaxation spreads now through the muscles of the calf of your right leg and then into the large muscles of the thigh of your right leg. And every muscle, every cell, every fiber of your right leg is entering into a deep state of relaxation. And now shift your attention to the toes of your left foot. Imagine them as soft and limp as wet noodles and feel the wave of relaxation which begins to flow across the ball and then down through the heel of your left foot , then up through the ankle. Now it flows through the calf of your left leg. So a wave of relaxation flows through your knee and into the large muscles of your thigh. And your whole left leg becomes relaxed, and limp and heavy and It feels so, so good. It feels so, so good.

And now that wave of relaxation flows up across your hips, and any tensions or stress or other emotions you may be carrying in your hips begin to drift away, begin to be released. And all the many parts of your hips become relaxed and heavy, relaxed and heavy. And the wave of relaxation flows up your abdomen, and your lower back. That wonderful wave of relaxation flows up through your abdomen allowing the organs in your abdomen to feel at peace and relaxed.

The wave of relaxation flows up through your chest, across your back, and all of those muscles can now relax, and they just let go. They let go, becoming limp and heavy and relaxed. Just allow those muscles to let go and relax. Relax. Relax.

Focus your attention on your right arm. Allow the wave of relaxation flow all the way down your arm through all the muscles and joints, all the way down to your fingertips. And your right arm goes relaxed. Your left arm now joins the relaxation process as the wave flows down your left arm, down all the way to your finger tips, so it is now loose and limp and heavy and so comfortably relaxed.

That wave of relaxation flows up through all the muscles in your neck. And the muscles of your neck relax, letting tensions and stress just drift away. That wave of relaxation flows across and through the muscles of your jaw. So your jaw goes slack; and that wave of relaxation flows up across your cheekbones and into all the little muscles around your eyes. The muscles of your scalp, your forehead, your entire head all relax. They all relax and let go and let go and let go. And now your entire body, muscle by muscle, fiber by fiber, cell by cell. Just being aware of the relaxation of your whole body allows you to relax even more. Just take a moment now feel all the different parts of your body, feel the relaxation and make a mental note of what that is like.

In a moment, I'm going to count upwards from 1 to 3 and on the count of 3, I want you to open your eyes for three seconds and then close your eyes again, and when you do you find that you go down twice as deep into relaxation as you are at this moment. Your mind might wonder what twice as deep could be, but your body knows perfectly well what that means. So here we go ... 1 pay attention, 2 coming up, 3 open your eyes. Now 1 . .2. . 3. . close your eyes and sink down and down twice as deep into relaxation. Excellent. Again I am going to count up from 1 to 3 and on the count of 3 you will open your eyes for three seconds, and this time when you close your eyes, I want you to sink down 5 times deeper. Here we go, 1 coming up, 2, . . and 3. Open your eyes 1 .. 2 ..3 .. now close your eyes and sink down five times deeper, down five times deeper than you were a moment ago. One more time now, I will again count up from 1 to 3, and on the count of 3 open your eyes for 3 seconds, then close your eyes and sink down 5 times deeper than you are at this moment. 1 .. 2 .. 3, now open your eyes 1, 2, 3 and close your eyes and now sink down five times deeper again, 5 times deeper than you were before. Way, way down deeper.

Now your body and your mind are both perfectly relaxed. See in front of you a broad marble staircase, that leads down to the Garden of Earthly Delights. See the stairs made of beautiful white polished marble sprinkled with streaks of gold. There are 13 steps leading down into the Garden. As you descend the stairs you'll be able to see and feel yourself descending deeper and deeper into relaxation deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind. Starting down now 13 . . . down to 12, going deeper into relaxation. Reach out and touch the brass handrail along the side. Feel the smooth coolness of that polished metal. The sun is shining warmly overhead. Feel the warmth of the sun, upon your neck and shoulders. . . Down to 11 and twice as deep. . . 10 twice as deep as you were a moment ago. Feel the warm breeze caressing your skin. Down and down, further and further into relaxation. . . 9 going deeper. . . 8 going down deeper now. . . 7 even deeper into relaxation. . . . 6, down to the Garden of Earthly Delights. . . 5 going down deeper and deeper into relaxation. . . . 4, down to find that place of power to heal the planet. 3, twice as deep now. . . 2 going down to the Garden of Earthly Delights. . . 1, twice as deep, and zero.

You are now in the Garden of Earthly Delights. Create the garden in your mind, whatever is meaningful for you. Perhaps you see manicured lawns, explosions of color of all the flowers . Fragrant herbs and majestic trees. Perhaps there is a reflection pond with a beautiful carved marble fountain in the middle . Or perhaps in your garden, there's an ocean beach, or mountain stream. This is a place of harmlessness, fear cannot exist here, so you may see small animals playing on the grass, rabbits or deer or other creatures. Maybe you can even see wood nymphs or water sprites.. In this garden no creature harms another, so all exist in complete harmony. Your garden reflects whatever is most peaceful and meaningful to you. Breathe deeply and catch the scent of all the aromas in this garden. Hear the songs of the birds. Perhaps you'd like to take off your shoes and run barefoot in the grass. Perhaps you'd like to splash in your water source, your pond or your stream. Feel all of the sensations of this Garden of Earthly Delights, this beautiful, natural, peaceful place that is yours and yours alone. The sun shines warmly upon your head and your face. The gentle breeze caresses your skin. Enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of this place, this place of your own creation.

Off to one side, however it appears in your garden, there's an immensely tall tower. You look up to try to see the top of that tower, but it disappears extending high into the atmosphere. It's seemingly stretches into it infinity. At your feet, there's a stone pathway leading to the tower. Follow the pathway towards the tower, continuing to enjoy all the sights and sounds and smells of your garden. As you approach the tower, you notice the doorway at the end of the path. And as you get close to that doorway, it automatically opens for you. Without doubt, or fear or reservation, you pass through the doorway into the small chamber on the other side. Notice on the wall by the doorway, a series of buttons. Seven buttons. The button on the bottom is lit, and the label on that button says Garden of Earthly Delights. You realize that this chamber is actually an elevator. The door to the elevator closes. Now you must choose which button to press. This elevator will take you to any of the seven levels of consciousness, which exist within you . You are now at the lowest level, the level of the physical plane, the level where your current body and mind exist.

You are on a mission to help heal our planet Earth and you must rise in your consciousness, rise to a level of power and authority to enable you to do the healing as the divine entity that you are. You rise to a level of consciousness as a creator, as one who helped to create the Earth in the first place. Now you must choose the level of consciousness that is appropriate for the level of healing that you desire to do. The labels next to the other six buttons will appear in whatever form is meaningful to you. Instinctively you will know which button to push. Perhaps you'll ask your higher self to assist you in making that selection. You'll select the button which allows you to rise to the level of consciousness appropriate for your intention . And as you make the selection, that button will light up on the panel. As soon as you press the button, the elevator begins to rise, moving rapidly faster and faster. You may be able to feel the motion of rising as you move through the realms of consciousness, carrying you with it to complete your mission. In the higher realms of consciousness there is no time, there is no distance or space, so you arrive at your destination almost instantly. And the door to this cosmic elevator opens. Step out now, into this higher level of consciousness that you have chosen and take a moment to look around and allow yourself to adjust to this dimension, this level of consciousness.

Such a wonderful place this is . Sights beyond the imagination of the human mind . Yet this is part of you. You become aware of being the divine entity that you truly are. You exist in this dimension, as much as you exist on the Earth for you are indeed one of the firstborn of God . You are one with God, and this is simply an aspect of yourself, previously hidden from view. Perhaps you can see the terrain of this dimension . Perhaps there are only sensations, as your mind has no facilities to construct the pictures of what you see. Either way, it doesn't matter. It would be wonderful to just spend all day frolicking in this higher dimensional place that is as much yours, as your existence as an earthly being is. But we came here for purpose, and it is now time to attend to that purpose.

From the place that you are, project yourself to a position in outer space so that you can see our beautiful planet Earth as from above. See the blue oceans, the white clouds swirling over the planet surface, the blue-green tinge of color of the continents . Perhaps you can see the deserts, the islands. Now I want you to focus on that part of the Earth that you came here to heal. Perhaps it is your mission to help heal the devastation to the rain forests. Perhaps you will focus on the horrific pollution in the industrialized sectors of the world . Perhaps you will focus on the rampant diseases that rage through parts of Africa. Maybe your mission is to heal the consciousness of those people in the war-torn sections of the globe, who always seem to be at war. Whatever your purpose here today is, know that you are working as a divine being. At this moment, you are one with God, functioning individually and at the same time as part of the group collective with the intent on healing this planet.

As a divine being, focus now on your healing mission, being the channel for the healing energies that you control and pass through you . Focused by your intent and empowered by the godhead which lives within you, send down to the Earth those healing powers, that healing energy. You are in a level of consciousness that is beyond time, so know that regardless of whether your healing mission takes an hour, a month or 100 years, you'll accomplish it all within the next three minutes of Earth time. Now do what you came here to do.

3 minute pause

Your work is done for this moment. You have done exceedingly well. But now it is time to return and to resume your earthly existence. By you may either board the elevator and return down to the Garden of Earthly Delights, or you may simply wish to just teleport yourself and instantaneously shift yourself from this higher dimension back down to the Garden of Earthly Delights. Make your choice. . . And now that you are back, back to your Garden, take a moment and re-ground yourself with the Earth. Feel sunshine again, listen to the birds singing, feel the breeze upon your skin again, and know that once more you are back on your home planet.

Now in a moment, I'm going to count upwards from one to five. And when I reach the count of five, and not before, you will open your eyes and return to the space and time in which you began this journey. You will feel refreshed, invigorated, and have a sense of a mission well accomplished. And you'll remember every aspect of this journey, and be able to recall it whenever you want. So here we go, coming back to awakening state - one, . . . two, coming up, . . . three, take a deep breath, refreshed and alive. . . . Four, flex your muscles, feel your body again, feeling vital, healthy, terrific in all ways, wonderful. . . . Five . Open your eyes, refreshed and alert. Well done.
