I have developed these CD's using the same ancient metaphysical wisdoms combined with modern hypnotherapy techniques that I use in personal sessions. Each CD has a self-contained hynosis session which can be played at any time and are designed to be able to be used by themselves when personal sessions are not accessable or as as a supplement to reinforce personal sessions. It must be noted that these recordings must not be played while driving or operating machinery or under any other circumstance when your full conscious awareness is required.

Since the content of these CD's is, by necessity, generic, they are not quite as powerful as a personal session, I recommend that they be listened to at least six times over the course of a two week period to get the maximum benefit.
